We are fine

Hi everyone! Japan was just rocked with a powerful earthquake measuring 8.8 magnitude.
We would like to assure you that all of the staff members based in Tokyo are fine.

We also would like to assure you that the members of Dir en grey are fine as Inoue-san posted on the mobile site that they are alright.

"The band were in the studio working on their next record in Tokyo when the earthquake struck," reads a statement from the band's management. "All the members are all right and safe. But we still have aftershocks."

We will keep you all updated with any new information.

Glad to know that you're all well. Still, my greatest and most heartfelt condolences to the Japanese people. We never know what the power of nature has in store. I hope everyone can recover from this tragedy smilies/sad.gif

I heard that the mobile network and internet broke down for the most part. Do somebody knows what's with Shinjuku?
My best friend lives there and I haven't heard anything from him and I'm worried that something happend to him. I would be a bit more relieved if it's just the mobile network or internet

My thoughts are with you and everyone there. It's slowly moving on to central America countries and to California and could affect me more personally now smilies/cry.gif

@ZombiesAteMyCookies I don't know if you've made contact with your friend yet, and I hope you have.
If not, just to let you know, I was in Shinjuku when the earthquake hit. It wasn't at its worst there, and there seemed to be little damage, but the phone network was really hard to get through on.
