How to join:
On a two-way postcard, cut out the barcode from the flap on the album DUM SPIRO SPERO, tape the barcode with one strip of clear tape, write your (1) Postal Code, (2) Address (3) Name (4) Reactions and Comments on the Album and send your entries to the address below/
On the reply side of the postcard, remember to write down your Address and Name.
Sample of the Postcard:
For one person, they can apply as many times as they like but 1 postcard is counted as one entry.
*Please write down the Postal Code, Name and Address legibly.
*If you apply with a photocopy of a barcode, it’s automatically disqualified.
*In order for the barcode to stay in place make sure to stick it firmly on the card.
*Please be advised that we will not return the postcard with the barcode.

-To those who didn’t bring their postcards, cannot for any reason join the event.
-For 1 post card, only 1 person can enter.
-On the returned postcard, there will be a printed number, please enter the venue according to the number.
-Infants and minors are not allowed to enter.
