Here we go! We're going to run a trial Personal Shopper Service. If all goes well, we'll make it permanent.
Here's our system. Please remember that this is our first try. We'll try to keep the rough edges to a minimum, and we accept feedback. If something is unclear, please ask us about it.
- 1. Fill out our form! Tell us what you want. If you aren't sure (ie, if you're looking for a magazine with a specific photoshoot but you're not sure where it comes from) describe it as clearly as possible. ^^
- 2. Wait for our invoice! We'll tell you what we can get your item for.
- 3. Approve, or Decline! If our price is all right for you, approve our invoice and we'll find the item and send it winging your way. If it's no good, we'll understand.
Fees:
Aaaand here is the nitty gritty.
1. Handling/Finders Fee: ¥1,000 (nonrefundable)
- Sadly, the JR isn't free. And also, if we're using the auction, we have to cover in-country shipping and bank transfer fees.
2. Rare Item Finder's Fee: 15% (due when the item is located)
- We'll look hard for your item for one month. After that, we declare it rare (because we're just that good at finding things). We'll contact you again and ask if you want us to continue to look for the item. If you agree, there will be a 15% rare item fee at the time that we locate it.
3. Security Deposit: 15%
- This applies to items over ¥20,000 only. It is applied to the cost of the item.
4. Shipping: Actual Cost
- We'll consult with you about shipping options to your country. Expensive items may require insurance, etc. You'll pay the actual cost of shipping.
5. Maximum Order: ¥50,000
- Individual orders cannot exceed ¥50,000.
Important notes:
- *If an item requires payment within three business days (Tokyo time) we'll have to ask for a bank transfer in order to pay on time.
- *We won't buy anything illegal.
- *We're going to try to find the best price/quality ratio for you. Prices fluctuate, and sometimes it comes down to luck. But we don't like to overpay, and we don't want you to overpay either. We'll do our best.
- *For the time being, we won't be doing fanclub memberships. Also, we might buy from Yahoo!Auctions if we're looking for an item there, but we can't do a bidding service at this time.
